Purchase and Return Policy
1. Our office hours (online store, social networks and telephone support) are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays in Mexico.
2. All of our products are made to order. The approximate current manufacturing time is 2 to 3 weeks. Processing times may vary during the Christmas season.
3. Our prices are in Mexican pesos, the shipping cost is included to Mexico, International Shipping will calculated at the checkout.
4. Wiwiurka Toys is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products offered on our website. Any damage will be the responsibility of the user or their parents or guardians.
5. Purchase process. The purchase process begins when the payment is processed. The steps are as specified below:
- Wiwiurka Toys sends a purchase confirmation to the customer.
- The manufacturing process begins in our workshop.
- At the time of shipment, Wiwiurka Toys will contact the customer at the email associated with the order to provide the tracking code and the shipping company in charge of the order, so the customer can track their order properly.
- We suggest tracking each package and verifying the contents upon delivery.
*Exceptional cases* In the event of receiving a damaged package and/or with damaged or missing parts, you must notify us immediately by providing photographs of the package, the damaged parts and the (readable) shipping label within a period of no more than 10 days after its delivery.
The Customer Service department will contact the customer to offer the available solutions.6.All purchases are final. Once the payment is processed, modifications or cancellations will NOT be accepted.
7. Any defect or default on our part will be restored to the customer at no cost. Wiwiurka Toys will not offer reimbursement or replacement parts in case of damage caused by modifications, improper use, improper assembly and/or failure to follow our care and maintenance recommendations.
Any failure or problem at the time of delivery must be notified immediately to follow up and offer a solution.
